China's UFSoft Engineering Firmly Enters into Japanese Market

May 28 [Xinhua PRNewswire] — UFSoft Engineering Company Chairman, Mr. Wang Wenjing, and Engineering President, Mr. Shao Kai, recently held a press conference in Tokyo to announce their business models for the Japanese market, which primarily will focus on off-shore development and on-site services.

Mr. Shao Kai explained, ''Off-shore development means making full use of China's software talents to complete part of the software development demand from Japan, the United States and other regions.'' To meet the demand of Japan's off-shore software development, UFSoft Engineering has enlarged its investment into its Shanghai Software Development Centre. Meanwhile it is considering whether to establish new software development centres in Dalian, Xi'an and other cities.

Statistics show that over 90% of Japanese companies are ready to increase their purchase of Chinese development software over the next year. Compared with Japanese enterprises, Mr. Wang mentioned UFSoft Engineering would make good use of its established advantages in China -- including its experience in providing services for Japanese companies in China, the Chinese local resources, as well as the opportunities provided by the global market to realize its internationalization strategy.

Mr. Shao further explained, ''On-site services means system development tailored to meet customers' requirements through face-to-face communication." UFSoft's outsourcing services include inserted software development services, customized enterprise application services and entrustment development services. ''Software development is different from product manufacturing because in software development it is very important to strengthen communication with customers,'' said Mr. Shao. Hence, the establishment of the Japan UFSoft Engineering Company lays the foundation for the zero-distance communication between UFSoft Engineering and the Japanese market.
