Requirement :

1.BS degree or above in computer science or related engineering fields.

2.Good English reading abilities, CET4.

3.Excellent interpersonal skills (oral&writing)and strong analytical & fast-learning abilities.

4.Self-motivated, Can-do attitude, Good team player

 

Competence :

1.Two years or more java development experiences; Must have Object Oriented software design skill;
2.Deep understanding of Java Criterion ;
3.Knowing Java/JSP well, More than two years of medium-scale project development experience;
4.Strong programming skill in jsp/servlet/javabean/jdbc/xml;
5.Good knowledge of application server such as weblogic\websphere\tomcat will be a strong plus;
6.Database development with Oracle and SQL is highly desirable;
7.Deep understanding of MVC development and related development experience;
8.Grasping common development tools e.g. Eclipse;
9.Familiar with MVC designing method e.g. Struts,Spring;
10.Large-scale Project Development Experience is preferred.
