 2. Planning & Designing the initial steps of the project.

 4. Test the outcome of the project with the client's team.
 5. Execute the project successfully at the client's site.
 6. Provide the support for maintenance.

The offshore team, operating from China, executes the job based on the inputs gathered from the onsite team. Regular and effective reporting systems ensure that at all times, the work in progress at the offshore developments are perfectly aligned to client requirements.

Responsibility of the offshore development center:
 1. Design based on the requirement from the onsite team.
 2. Choose specific technological requirements for the project.
 3. Develop the project.
 4. Make testing before handing over to onsite team.
 5. Provide the technical support.
