Is your consultation free or not?
Generally speaking, most of initial consultations are free. However, some professional business consultations will be charged.

How do you guarantee for the quality of the software developed in nearshore / offshore projects?
We have testing team and Quality Assurance (QA) team work on the usability and quality of the products.

What happens if we decide to stop a software development project already running?
Yes, you would stop the project already running, but please give us a notice and more details will be signed on contract.

What if I am not sure of functionalities needed?
Our sales team will analyze your business needs and give you suggestions at the very initiation stage.

Can I get an initial time and cost estimate about the offshore development?
Yes, you can have a document with all the details about the project such as work amount, time frame and cost breakdown.

We have Information Security Management System (ISMS) which includes ISMS Team, ISMS Documents and ISMS Key Areas. IP Protection used in the following areas: Legal Related, Employee Identification, work environment and Access Privilege.

How do you ensure employee credibility?
Employees who will be involved in the projects are made to sign confidentiality agreements with UFIDA Software Engineering. And they need to login to the security system at their workstations.

What service level agreements do you offer?
Our contract will include all the details during the process of the project.

What would happen if this was over/under estimated? What flexibility do you offer?
We will discuss project plan with our customers and made some changes based on contract.

If I am dissatisfied with the programmer(s)/service/outcome, how are my interests protected?
We will provide you with a suitable replacement during the overlap period.

Who owns the right to the sources and software application resulted from nearshore / offshore outsourcing projects?
All rights for the product and the corresponding source code belong to you.

How do you ensure employee ability?
Employees are recruited through strictly examination, several interviews and 3 months probation.

What is the structure of the UFIDA development team?
Development Team Manager, Group Leaders and Group Members.

How do I hire your employee(s) to work on my project?
You may hire an individual employee or a combination of employees with different skill sets. 

Do you have fluent English speaking representatives?
Yes, each group has at least one person who can speak fluent English.

PRICING
What sort of pricing strategy do you have in place for development projects?
We offer Fixed Price and Time and Material Price. Please contact us for more details.

How do I make the payment?
We will send you the invoice with all details and necessary information so that you would wire your payment to our bank.

Are there any additional costs?
All the costs are based on contract.

Who takes charge of travel and accommodation expenses in nearshore/offshore software development projects?
More details will be on the contract.

Do you offer any discount?
Our pricing is based on a long term relationship aimed at giving maximum benefits to our customers.

You can use Subversion (SVN) or Concurrent Versions System (CVS) to access code during the development cycle.

Do you provide technical support and maintenance?
Yes. We provide technical support and application maintenance services on request.

Is testing incorporated as a component within your pricing structure?
Of course, testing is in our pricing structure and we have testing engineers focus on it.
